I hereby agree, that myWorld South Africa (Pty) Ltd, First Floor, Building 29, The Woodlands Office Park, 20 Woodlands Drive, Woodmead, Johannesburg, 2191, Gauteng, South Africa, may, in the course of my participation in Customer Loyalty Programme as a customer and recommendee of the Loyalty Merchant Andre Du Plessis Estateshaving its registered office or place of business at 470 Banket Drive, 1724 Roodepoort("Loyalty Merchant"), transmit my personal data to the Loyalty Merchant, namely my full name, title, gender, date of birth, E-Mail address, postal address, address coordinates (latitude and longitude), telephone number(s), fax number, myWorld customer umber as well as data regarding purchases (both in the past 12 months and in future) from the Loyalty Merchant in the form of purchase date, purchase amount, currency, invoice number and purchase location
I further agree that the Loyalty Merchant may use this data for the following marketing purposes: establishment of contact through electronic messaging (e.g. E-Mail or SMS), via social media (such as Facebook etc.), by telefax, by telephone or by letter in order to provide information concerning products and special offers from the Loyalty Merchant, to identify offers corresponding to my interests and to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
