Handy Girl was established in January 2011. The company's focus is to provide services to anyone and everyone who is caught up in the hustle and bustle of today's busy life and who needs someone trustworthy to keep their homes in tip-top shape and up-to-date with the times. We offer a personalised service.
We specialise in home renovation, bathroom/kitchen renovations but we also do painting, electrical, plumbing, tiling, shelving, and bedroom cupboard installations. We allocate a project manager by setting up time lines to complete the project step by step and on time. We strive to make maintenance, improvements and renovations in your home as comfortable and clean as possible.
Recycling Initiative for 2019
We have a new initiative this year, that is to recycle all left-over rubble, boxes and plastic from our sites. Plastic and paper will be separated from building rubble and recycled to the nearest Pickitup yard where it goes back into mass recycling. Our building rubble gets put into a skip which then gets taken to an authorised collection point for processing.
Handy Girl Renovations has various teams that fulfil different skills and services. Teams allocated to your project are specialists in their fields and they have been working independently for several years. We have full confidence in our employees to deliver their best work. We work as a team to ensure we achieve our deadlines.

Police clearance has been done on all our employees.
We have several teams with various skills; from painters, plumbers, carpenters, electricians and cleaners.
Each site has its own cleaner every day to ensure its left in the best condition possible. We also offer an after-renovation cleaning service at an additional charge.
Our preferred method of communication is email or whatsApp. You can find the relevant numbers and email addresses below. When there is a new project, we create a whatsApp group where all relevant info and details will be posted. We strive to communicate as effectively and frequently as possible. Regular updates on the progress will be sent to the group we have created. Contact hours for work will be from 7am – 7pm during the week. We are closed for business on Saturdays and Sundays as we believe that we give 100% during working hours and that the rest is well deserved.
