Since 1993 Helmut and Petrus have been working together at numerous projects and were very successful in the fashion industry. Together they have done hair for T.V. programs for the S.A.B.C., Music Video's, Bridal Shows, Photographic Model Styling and Fashion Extravaganza's with numerous fashion designers. Over the years Helmut and Petrus from The Guys have done the hair of many South African Celebrities, Music Diva's, Actresses and Beauty Queens.

The Guys at 15 on Bright has become a well known hair salon from 2008 where there is always a buzz.  Helmut and Petrus opened the doors of this Somerset West unisex hair-salon and soon became a very popular stop for everyday haircare. With numerous years in bridal styling and wedding planning, Johan joined The Guys in Spring 2012 and together the three make up a fully-fledged hairdressing team.

The men at The Guys would not have been able to cope successfully without Cheryl, their very capable and friendly senior operator.
