Esani Trust Auto Body Repair Centre has experienced phenomenal growth year after year, through a sustained and focused commitment to quality and customer service. Esani has established themselves as specialist automotive body repairer of luxury and prestige passenger vehicles in Cape Town.

Esani Panelbeaters was established in 1994 by two brothers Danie & Essie Esterhuisen. Esani’s first premises was situated in Tennantville Stellenbosch, within 6 years they had outgrown their premises and moved to Plankenburg Stellenbosch which they stayed  for 8 years. Once again they had outgrown their premises and moved to a new ultra modern workshop located in Blackheath. 
Their new premises consist of 1000 square meters workshop and 300 square meters of office space. Which also includes a delivery bay for client inspection of a repaired vehicle and a modern client waiting and reception area.

In order to stay ahead in a competitive market, Esani believes that the most important tools for survival are sound business ethics, quality service and precise workmanship. Therefore we employ only highly skilled employees, whom we send on training on a regular basis. We are also one of the Merseta approved training companies.

We have a brand new state of the art “Aer-o-Cure” Spray booth and baking oven which is equipped with a BASF mixing room. Also a new “Aer-o-Prep”, four station preparation bays with down draft extraction.
-         All equipment required to receive MSR grading(SAMBRA yearly inspection).
-         A Chief Chassis straightening bench.
-         All compressed air is supplied via a Hydro-vane compressor, with after cooler and air                   dryer. Thereby ensuring a high quality compressed air for all paint applications.
-      Standby generator to ensure no stoppages due to power failure.
