Sales and Purchase T’s and C’s

On a property sale or purchase (residential / commercial), the  Benefit is applicable to the commission amount earned by House of Realtors on the transaction.

On a sale, the Member Benefit will be subject to the signing of a sole mandate for a 3 month period at a selling price and commission rate mutually agreed upon. If the property is not sold within six weeks after listing thereof the property will be mini listed (opened to other agents). Member benefits will still be applicable based on House of Realtors agreement with other Estate agents.

The areas that we work in is predominantly the Northern Suburbs of the City of Cape Town and surrounds.

Member benefit is the same for a seller or purchaser.  He/she will receive a 2% casback as well as 12 Shopping Points for every R1000 commision we received.

Property

Rentals T’s and C’s

This benefit will be  subject to signing a 12 month rental management contract at a commission rate of 10% + VAT

We manage properties in the Cape peninsula and Helderberg Area.

Applicable to all new business.

Member benefit is based upon 12 shopping points for every R1000 commission we received on the first year’s rental commission, to be split over the first 2 months of the lease term.  (50% first month and 50% the following month)
