Tickets can only be dispatched by post up to one month before the race. After this point, all tickets will have to be picked up on site at the Voucher Exchange Point.
Tickets purchased from the MotoGP™ Ticket Shop cannot be returned.
Seats are automatically reserved upon completion of the transaction. Tickets are issued at the track; the MotoGP™ team has no influence over the seat numbers. However, you may be able to make sure your seats are all together if you have ordered your tickets under different bookings. In this case, please contact the MotoGP™ team directly.
