Jan with his background in animal science (BSc. Agric. Honns.) manage the centre and help clients understand the science of Human Metabonomics. Ilsabé, a life long Clinical Nutrition Scientist (BSc.  Diet. Honns.) and registered dietician and her team are the main source of knowledge and provide professional consultation to all clients.
