Scan & Go: Scan your receipts with the myWorld App and enjoy your Benefits

There's a new feature in the myWorld App waiting for you: With Scan & Go, you can scan the receipts of your purchases at local myWorld Partners and get your Benefits. Because: Cashback and Shopping Points at every purchase is our promise to you and with the new Scan & Go feature this is now even easier.
Imagine visiting your favorite myWorld Partner for a coffee. It's busy in the café and you quickly order your drink with the waiter, but you worry you will not get your myWorld Benefits. With Scan & Go, you can now scan your receipt without any stress and get your Benefits. Sound good? It is!
Step 1: Open myWorld App and go to Scan & Go
Step 2: Scan receipt
Step 3: Submit receipt
Your purchase with myWorld has been successfully tracked and you can immediately use your Shopping Points. Your Cashback will be processed as soon as your purchase has been completed and paid for in accordance with the respective return period and delivery times.
Important conditions for Scan & Go:
- Make sure that the GPS tracking in the myWorld App or your smart phone is activated
- If you're no longer on-site at the local myWorld Partner, you can search for it in the search field
- If you would like to submit more receipts from one Partner, please start a new Scan & Go process for each receipt
- In certain cases, your purchase may be reviewed by our Partner. Please be patient, your shopping Benefits will be available to you as soon as possible.
