I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Group Fitness instructor. My favorite styles of training are HIIT, Strength, Tabata, and anything that is Cardio! These awesome workouts are for EVERYONE at ALL LEVLES of fitness, from working with your own body weight, Dumbbells, to Steps, all ranging from 20-60 minutes. :)
I love to be known as the teacher with the Zen smile and attitude, but a Massacre in my classroom.
