Within every element of our dishes’ preparation and presentation there’s a touch of finesse and extravagance that fully showcases the quality ingredients we use. The calming atmosphere of our dining room, with almost spa-like serenity, plays as a backdrop to the incredible culinary talents on display beyond the borders of the kitchen walls…consider the fact that our chef grows his own Thai spices – organic variants at that – and that the recipes transcend the typical Taiwanese or Hong Kong sourced cooking manuals.

To create an incredibly tasty and pleasing meal, may we suggest starting off with our Tom Ka Gai, loaded with chicken, galangal root, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, coconut milk and cilantro that makes for a savory soup that never gets too spicy…and then moving on to Pad see-Ew, pan-fried big flat rice noodle with egg, chicken, mixed vegetables and garlic soy sauce that is very much like Cantonese and Singaporean Hokkien Chow Fun but with a twist. Another house specialty we’d like to recommend is the Panang Salmon, pan-seared Alaskan Wild King Salmon with creamy red coconut milk, curry sauce and vegetables that’s loaded with flavor but never overpowering the natural flavor of the fish.
