Our programs take the guess work out of learning real time self defense skills, weight loss, improve fitness levels, and provide training for those desiring to compete. Unlike many Martial Arts or Fitness gyms who give Cookie Cutter workout regimens, our group classes are curriculum based with your targeted goals in mind.
We guide our members, help them set specific goals, educate our members to know the "why", and motivate you to instill a mindset towards Boxing or Muay Thai: Heavy Kicking Bag, light bags, and a full sized boxing ring. we also offer Body Fat Testing, fitness Assessments, and Nutrition planning to get you the right results.
