Provide small businesses with bookkeeping and accounting services under GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standard.
Maintain records of financial transactions for small businesses by verifying and allocating posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in journals or through accounting software from documents such as sales slips, check stubs, and complete printouts.
Compile reports showing statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit & loss.
Prepare payroll, withholding and other tax reports.
Prepare business and personal income tax returns
Provide monthly statements to clients
Customize service for each individual business
Provide administrative functions as needed
Perform other duties pertinent to the operations of the client’s business.
