It is recognized that “silver” amalgam fillings are 50% mercury, with larger fillings possibly containing as much mercury as thermometers. Considering that mercury is the most toxic non-radioactive element on earth, it is of utmost importance to us to safely remove these fillings and replace them with today’s modern materials. Dr. Chang is an accredited IAOMT dentist, trained in the proper methods to safely remove these toxic mercury fillings.
