Welcome to my kitchen! I am Carlos Fernandez and I have honed my craft the last 30 years in restaurants and hotels arround the U.S & Europe. I have been inducted into many culinary societies including the Int'l Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame, but my most cherished memories are the smiling faces of my happy patrons! I specialize in private parties, & provide catering for a special celebration. My cooking style melds classic French Technique with the flavors of the world that inspire me. I present you with classic American fare the way it should be done, straightfoward, fresh, & full of flavors.

I've catered just about everything in the last 30 yrs from conventions to birthdays, and weddings.
