12th Street Napa Auto Care Center is locally owned by Chad Kaemingk and Shane Copeland. We acquired the business on January 1, 2010. Our business is based on honesty, integrity and the Golden Rule, “Always treat others how you would like to be treated.” We want our customers to be met with a smile at the front door and treated honestly with great repairs and warranty at a fair price. We offer free pick up, delivery and shuttle service. We also have loaner cars available for those unexpected breakdowns and repairs. Our ASE certified technicians will service all makes and models; foreign and domestic. We perform all types of services including oil changes, new tires, brakes, alignments, maintenance repairs, shocks, struts, steering and suspension repairs, mufflers and exhaust repairs, exhaust pipe bending, major engine and transmission repairs and engine replacement. We also perform drivability and diagnostics, diagnostic system checks and repairs for check engine lights, ABS and traction control lights along with any other light that appears on your dash.
