Naturopathic medicine and Chinese medicine are wonderful allies that help us guide our awareness and bodies into balance.  Each person has a unique constitution that is influenced by genetics, lifestyle choices, dietary preferences, stress coping mechanisms and the quality of their relationship with family/friends.  Keeping this in mind, I choose from a variety of therapies to assist in your care such as: Botanical medicine, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Flower Essence Therapy, Biotherapeutic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Counseling/Education. 

I am a licensed primary care physician in the State of Washington and use functional medicine and European Biotherapeutic Drainage principles in my practice.  Depending on your condition, I may order/review labs, perform a physical exam, or refer you to a specialist when needed.  I work with you and your doctors or specialists to coordinate care and provide education on any nutrient deficiencies, lifestyle choices and environmental concerns that may contribute to your total body burden.  In the end, if you provide your body with the tools that it needs, it will work to re-establish balance.
