Mr Campos started off as a Service Technician for Air Doc in 1984, and in 1986 became a Residential Journeyman and Service Technician for Henderson Heating and Air. In just one year, Campos was promoted to Manager. He then served as the Lead Technician and Installer for Atlas Mechanical.

In November of 1989, Campos founded his company of Precision Heating and Air Conditioning which consisted of installation services and maintenance for commercial and residential customers.

In less than 5 years, he incorporated his company, and has expanded it to include personally designing complete systems and has become more involved with more commercial projects. The company now has a large clientele of Military Contracts, Property Managers, Residential Customers, and Contractors. While always delivering Quality Work at a Fair Price.
