We require a minimum of 100 guests in order to host an event at Grand Oaks Golf Club. In addition, all parties of 150 or more are required to rent all rooms. Our main dining room will comfortably accommodate 90 guests while our remaining accommodations will hold a total of 100 additional guests. An approximate guest count is required at the time of booking. Confirmation of the number of guests attending must be no later than one week prior to the scheduled event along with the final payment.
