Sunrise Food Mart is a family owned and operated business. Darel, a former Marketing Representative for Texaco, followed his dream of opening a business that he could one day pass on to his sons, Chris and Greg, and them pass on to their families.

After working for Texaco for nearly 30 years, Darel relocated his wife, and two sons from Napa Valley, CA to the ever-growing city of Las Vegas, NV. The idea of a convenience store interested Darel because he enjoyed the thought that he would be providing the community with products and services that they need.

Darel’s dream became a reality when the doors of Sunrise Food Mart opened on October 10, 1996 and they have remained open ever since, providing the Sunrise Mountain area with excellent customer service and meeting the everyday needs of the people. His dream of passing down his business to his two sons is also a reality.

We are located in the eastern part of the Las Vegas Valley near Sunrise Mountain. Our family owned business has been providing outstanding products and reputable services 24/7 to the community since 1996.
