At the rental desk you must present:
- An ID / Passport
- A physical full driver license
- A Physical Credit Card in the main driver's name Mastercard or Visa (no debit or prepaid).

For payments Airauto accepts credit cards, debit cards or cash. A credit card in the driver's name will be required at the rental desk. This is because a deposit is required, which is held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned. Our customers must ensure that the card has sufficient credit available at the time of rental. If the credit card is not valid or lacks sufficient funds, Airauto may refuse to release the vehicle.
Important: American Express credit cards are not accepted for payments nor for deposits at the counter. We only accept American Express for pre-reservations on our website through Paypal.
