Si En TCM Institute of Philippines is run by Singapore TCM Physician, Dr Iris Teo. She is graduated as a TCM Physician in 1997 from Singapore College of TCM. She is a Member of Singapore Chinese Physician’s Association since 1998 and a Registered TCM Physician of Singapore TCM Board since 2002.
In 2007, Dr. Iris established Si En TCM Medical Clinic Pte Ltd in Singapore with 3 clinic branches located in Novena, Clementi and Ang Mo Kio.
Dr. Iris’s passion is to bring TCM to the more needy and poor community, thus she extended Si En TCM’s arm to Philippines in 2015 and started Si En TCM Institute / Clinic in Manila as a non-profit organisation, the organisation aim to give affordable TCM teachings in Traditional Chinese Medicines and Acupuncture, she also offers Free health talks and TCM medical mission / services in Philippines Clinic periodically.

We provide Acupuncture, consultation for treatment of all kind of diseases, including hypertension, post-stroke care, pain-management for cancer patients, infertility problem, general fatigue, insomnia and even face-lift acupuncture etc.


The Institute is working with Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and University of Makati to provide TCM Certificate Acupuncture training and TCM in Bachelor, Master and PhD Degrees.
