Cashback is only available for direct forwarding services upon payment in full. The following services are not eligible for cashback and shopping points:
Exclusion of cashback and shopping points
Customs duties, import and export duties, sea and air freight, Sales and Service Tax, GST, insurance, land transport charges, demurrage charges, hauliers charges, container charges, overtime charges, all penalties and charges levied by authorities, haulage and carrier companies, as well as all damages, claims, and other incidental costs. All of the above are not exhaustive.
