Maple Leaf Kingsley ethos echoes the wish of every parent: for his or her child to be happy, productive and fulfilled in life. Which is why we aim to inspire curiosity and bring enriching, real-world experiences into the lives of our students. We believe resilience, self-discipline and the ability to relate to others are more vital to achievement than IQ. We care for our students with kindness and firmness – building connections with them and making them feel valued so they can be their best selves. We invest, impart and instil positive values that will empower children to be life achievers who see the importance of living purposefully and fearlessly. We recognize that for children to become confident, engaged, innovative, reflective, and respectful individuals, that’s who we first have to be.

What matters most to the School Management is not where we stand but how we choose to lead. We come from different professional backgrounds but we are all teachers first. We believe in leadership that shows more than tells. Our role is one that enables and empowers all members of the School community as we work hand-in-hand to fulfil the Maple Leaf Kingsley vision. As leaders, we have been entrusted to govern Maple Leaf Kingsley without fear or favour so that the interests of the School community—especially those of the students in our care—are protected. This trust is what we strive to honour every day. Above all, we are dedicated to upholding the values that make Maple Leaf Kingsley a great school which empowers young people with the right attitudes to embrace life in all its fullness.
OUR EDUCATORS
At ML Kingsley International School, our teachers hail from Malaysia, Europe, the UK and Australia, with the majority holding professional degrees and Bachelor of Education or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) qualifications. Being culturally diverse themselves, they contribute to making Kingsley a welcoming and empowering community for students of all backgrounds and nationalities. Beyond the classroom, many of our teachers find further fulfilment as advisors, counsellors, coaches, mentors, guides and contributing members in their local communities.
