Da Marzo a Novembre. Nei mesi invernali l’apertura è prevista solo per il noleggio della villa in esclusiva.

Oltre ad essere la location perfetta per una vacanza in totale tranquillità e spensieratezza, Villa Althea è anche il luogo ideale per organizzare matrimoni, pranzi e cene private, meeting aziendali, piccole riunioni e presentazioni di prodotti. Il contesto di particolare bellezza e pregio ne fa il luogo ideale per ambientazione anche di servizi fotografici e sfilate di moda.

La Villa
Posizionata in un anfiteatro naturale di vigneti, la villa gode di una vista mozzafiato sui castelli del Roero (Guarene, Castellinaldo e Govone), sulla catena delle Alpi e sulle vicine colline del Monferrato. L’antico borgo di Neive, uno dei tre comuni del Barbaresco e classificato fra i 100 Borghi più belli d’Italia, dista appena 4 km.

Gli esterni della villa colpiscono immediatamente per la bellezza del giardino dove domina, nei fiori, il colore rosa in tutte le sue declinazioni. Una torretta con balconcino privato svetta sullo splendido patio e su due grandi terrazze, luogo ideale per il relax. Sempre sul giardino si affaccia la piscina di 60mq circondata da ampie vetrate in stile liberty che, nella bella stagione, permettono l’uso della piscina all’aperto.

Gli interni sono vari e preziosi, con arredi ora classici ora esotici, sapientemente accostati fra loro ed impreziositi da tessuti ricercati e dai toni vivaci.

Le 7 suites (di cui 6 nel corpo centrale) hanno tutte vista panoramica sulle colline circostanti grazie ad ampie finestre e a balconcini in pietra. Alcune hanno letto a baldacchino e tutte hanno camino, antichi parquet e variopinti tappeti.

I locali comuni sono ampi e dotati di ogni comfort. Fra questi spicca una deliziosa breakfast room, un ampio salone con accesso diretto al patio, la sala del biliardo, la fornita biblioteca privata e un piccolo angolo bar in pregiata boiserie ricavata dall’allestimento dismesso di un piccolo teatro.

La cucina padronale al piano terra, grande, attrezzata e con accesso diretto al giardino, è il luogo ideale per quanti volessero partecipare a corsi di cucina tradizionale o a corsi di abbinamento cibo e vini. Adiacente alla cucina è infatti il “crutin“ (la piccola cantina scavata nel tufo) dove sono custodite le migliori bottiglie della produzione enologica locale.

La piscina della villa è quanto mai particolare: 60 mq disposti realizzati a ferro di cavallo contornato da ampie e luminose vetrate che si affacciano sul giardino di ortensie e sull’intera vallata. Una soluzione ideale per permettere l’utilizzo della piscina in tutte le stagioni e con tutte le temperature: d’inverno la piscina è chiusa e riscaldata mentre, con la bella stagione, basta aprire le vetrate e ci si ritrova magicamente in giardino. 
Dalla piscina si accede direttamente alla piccola palestra attrezzata per pesistica, stretching ed aerobica.

The villa is open from March to November. In the winter months opening is scheduled only for the rental of the villa in exclusive use.

The Villa
Located in a natural amphitheater of vineyards, the villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the castles of the Roero (Guarene, Castellinaldo and Govone), the Alps and the hills of Monferrato. The ancient town of Alba, the capital of the white truffle and Barolo wine is at short driving while Neive village, one of the three towns of the Barbaresco wine district and ranked among the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, is just 4 miles away from the villa.

In addition to being the perfect location for a relaxing holiday, Villa Althea is also the ideal venue for weddings, Special Events and any private dinners or business meetings that might need a special frame. The charme and the style of this property, together with a setting of rare natural beauty makes Villa Althea a perfect place also for launch of new products and hooting and fashion shows as well.

The exteriors of the villa immediately strike the beauty of the garden where is dominating the pink color of the flowers in all its form. A tower with private balcony stands on the patio and on two large terraces, perfect places for relaxation. A beautiful garden is overlooking the swimming pool of 60 square meters surrounded by large Art Nouveau windows that you can open in Summer and have an outdoor use of the pool.

The interiors are elegant and adorned with classic-style furniture skilfully combined with an exotic one and precious fabrics by the bright colors. Each room shows great attention to detail, a passion for color and a personal eclecticism in style.

The common rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. Among these is a charming breakfast room; a large living room with direct access to the patio; the billiard room, the well-stocked library and a small bar area get from the woodwork of a small abandoned theater.

A large and fully equipped kitchen is located at the ground floor, with direct access to the garden. This is the ideal place for cooking all together and have some special cooking class with local chef. At same floor, and adiacent to the kitchen, is the “crutin”, the small cellar carved in the tuff which houses best bottles of local wine production and where is possible to arrange special private wine tastings with local sommeliers.

The swimming pool of the villa is very particular: 60 sqm. made ​​a horseshoe shape and surrounded by large and bright windows overlooking the garden. A perfect solution to allow the use of the pool in all seasons and all temperatures: in the winter the pool is covered and heated, while in the summer season just open the windows and you find yourself magically in the garden. From the swimming pool you have direct access to a small gym for weight training, stretching and aerobics.

Wir haben geöffnet von März bis November.Im Winter kann man unser Haus nur als Ganzes mieten.

Die Villa Althea eignet sich nicht nur für paradiesische Ferien in völliger Abgeschiedenheit, sondern auch als traumhafter Rahmen für Hochzeiten, familiäre Festessen, Betriebsversammlungen, kleinere Tagungen und die Präsentation von Produkten aller Art. Die reizvolle Umgebung macht sie überdies zum idealen Fotohintergrund und zum passenden Ort für Modeschauen.

Die Villa
Wie in ein Amphitheater ist sie eingebettet in Weinhänge, und die atemberaubende Aussicht reicht bis zu den Schlössern des Roero (Guarene, Castellinaldo, Govone), zu der Alpenkette und zu den Hügeln des Monferrato. Das vier Kilometer entfernte Neive, eine der drei Gemeinden des Barbaresco-Gebiets, wird zu den hundert schönsten Dörfern Italiens gezählt.

Der Außenbereich beeindruckt durch die Pracht des Blumengartens, wobei die Farbe Rosa dominiert. Ein Türmchen mit eigenem Balkon erhebt sich über dem wunderschönen Innenhof und den zwei großen Terrassen, die zum Entspannen einladen. Auch der Badebereich ist zum Garten hin gelegen, er ist umgeben von großen Jugendstil-Glastüren, die sich öffnen lassen, sodass man in der schönen Jahreszeit im Freien schwimmen kann.

Die Innenräume sind unterschiedlich eingerichtet, klassische und exotische Elemente gehen eine innige Verbindung ein und edle Textilien in kräftigen Farben runden das Bild ab. Alle sieben Suiten haben große Fenster und steinerne Balkone, sodass man von ihnen eine die wunderbare Sicht auf die Hügellandschaft genießen kann. Einige verfügen über ein Himmelbett und alle über einen Kamin, alte Parkettböden und farbige Teppiche.

Treffpunkt für alle Gäste sind ein gemütlicher Frühstücksraum sowie ein weitläufiger Salon mit Zugang zum Innenhof, ein Billardraum, eine gut ausgestattete Privatbibliothek und eine kleine Bar, deren wertvolle Holzvertäfelung aus einem alten Theater stammt. Die mit allem Nötigen versehene herrschaftliche Küche im Erdgeschoss hat Zugang zum Garten und bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für Kochkurse und praktische Lehrgänge zum Thema Wein und Speise. Gleich daneben befindet sich der crutin, das Kellerchen im Mergel, wo die besten Tropfen der hiesigen Winzer lagern.

Der Pool der Villa ist etwas ganz Besonderes: er ist 60 qm gross, hufeisenförmig, umgeben von großen Glastüren, die sich zum Hortensien-Garten und zum Tal hin öffnen. So kann er zu allen Jahreszeiten und bei allen Temperaturen benutzt werden: Im Winter ist der Raum geschlossen und geheizt, während er in der schönen Jahreszeit nur geöffnet zu werden braucht und man sich wie von Zauberhand im Garten befindet. Vom Becken aus hat man direkten Zugang zum kleinen Sport-Studio mit Geräten zum Gewichtheben, für Stretching und Aerobic.
