Benvenuti. Salve a tutti! Sono Antonella. Da sempre vivo a Sauris e sono la proprietaria di casa Pa’ Krhaizar.
 

Sono parte di una famiglia locale, che produce prosciutto da generazioni. Amo la mia famiglia, la mia terra, la natura, le case del luogo, la mia gente e i valori autentici e profondi. Amo la cucina, le discipline olistiche, i lavori manuali.
Ho sempre desiderato lavorare nel turismo, così ho colto l’occasione del Meublè Pà Krhaizar per dare forza all’antica tradizione di ospitalità a Sauris, assieme alle mie valide collaboratrici Arianna e Iryna.
Il Pa’ Krhaizar è un’ antica casa in pietra, una tipica casa di Sauris, calda, accogliente, tranquilla e dall’atmosfera discreta e riservata. E’ stata sapientemente restaurata alla fine degli anni ‘80, arredata con antichi mobili della cultura locale, e conserva ancora il profumo dei vecchi legni.
Pa’ Krhaizar, un nome particolare, vero? Lo ammetto, non è facile, ma abbiamo scelto di mantenerlo perché è autentico; deriva dal soprannome di uno dei proprietari di questa dimora, “Krhaizarle”. Era un tipo bonaccione, che amava il buon vino e fare feste, e molto spesso qui si ballava e si suonava la fisarmonica e violino. Una storia felice di queste mura che non ho voluto dimenticare!
Ideale per una vacanza rigenerante; è il luogo giusto per fare sonni ristoratori e per godere della pace del luogo. Al risveglio cosa c’è di meglio di una colazione sana, a base di prodotti gustosi e freschissimi. Amiamo dare ai nostri ospiti il piacere di iniziare al meglio la giornata!
Ci scelgono Ospiti di qualità, alla ricerca di una vita semplice e non sofisticata. Sono persone sensibili, che amano la natura delle cose vere e genuine. E per questo che abbiamo conservato uno stile di ospitalità tradizionale. E’ un modo semplice ma essenziale – come la natura, per ritrovare se stessi.
… Ultima cosa: mi spiace molto ma non siamo in grado di ospitare i vostri amici a quattro zampe.

Willkommen! Hallo an alle! Ich heiße Antonella. Ich habe immer in Sauris gelebt, und ich bin die Besitzerin des Hauses Pa‘ Krhaizar.
Ich bin Mitglied einer einheimischen Familie, die seit Generationen Schinken produziert. Ich liebe meine Familie, meine Heimat, die Natur, die Häuser des Ortes, mein Volk und die echten und tiefen Werte.
Ich liebe Kochen, ganzheitliche Disziplinen und Handarbeit. Ich wollte schon immer in der Tourismusbranche arbeiten. So ergriff ich die Gelegenheit mit Meublè Pa ‚Krhaizar die Kraft der alten Tradition der Gastfreundschaft in Sauris aufrechtzuerhalten.
Zusammen mit meinen Töchtern Silvia und Fulvia lebe und erlebe ich sie jeden Tag. Das Pa‘ Krhaizar ist ein altes Steinhaus, ein typisches saurisches Haus, warm, gemütlich, ruhig, mit einer diskreten und vertraulichen Atmosphäre. Es ist schon am Ende der achtziger Jahre restauriert und mit Antiquitäten der lokalen Kultur eingerichtet und behält immer noch den Duft von altem Holz.
Pa‘ Krhaizar, ein außergewöhnlicher Name, oder? Ich gebe zu, es ist nicht einfach, aber wir entschieden uns, diesen Namen zu behalten, weil er authentisch ist: der Name kommt von dem Spitznamen einer der Besitzer des Hauses, „Krhaizarle.“ Er war ein gutmütiger Mann, der guten Wein und Party liebte und sehr oft wurde hier getanzt und Akkordeon und Violine gespielt. Die glücklichen Geschichten dieser Wände, die ich nicht missen möchte!
Pa‘ Krhaizar ist ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es ist der richtige Ort, um sich zu stärken und die Ruhe des Ortes zu genießen. Was ist besser als ein gesundes Frühstück mit frischen und leckeren Produkten? Wir lieben es, unseren Gästen das Gefühl zu geben, den Tag auf besondere Art und Weise beginnen zu können!
Gäste entscheiden sich für unsere Qualität, dem einfachen und ungekünstelten Leben. Es sind die einfühlsamen Menschen, die die Dinge lieben wie sie sind, wahr und echt.
Deshalb haben wir den Stil der traditionellen Gastfreundschaft behalten. Es ist ein einfacher, aber wesentlicher Stil – wie die Natur selbst, um sich selbst zu finden.

Welcome Hello to all! I’m Antonella. I always lived in Sauris and I’m the owner of the house Pa ‘Krhaizar.
I’m are part of a local family, which produces ham for generations. I love my family, my earth, nature, the houses of the place, my people and the authentic and profound values. I love cooking, holistic disciplines and manual work.
I’ve always wanted to work in tourism, so I took the opportunity of Meuble Pa’ Krhaizar to give strength to the ancient tradition of hospitality in Sauris, along with my daughters Silvia and Fulvia. The Pa’ Krhaizar is an old stone house, a typical house Sauris, warm, cozy, quiet and with a discrete and confidential atmosphere. It’s been skillfully restored at the end of the ’80s, furnished with antiques of the local culture, and still retains the scent of old wood.
Pa’ Krhaizar, a particular name, right? I admit, it is not easy, but we chose to keep it because of it is authenticity; the name comes from the nickname of one of the owners of this house, “Krhaizarle.” He was a good-natured, he loved good wine and partying, and very often here people danced and played the accordion and violin. A happy story of these walls that I did not want to forget!
