Il ristorante BE FREE segue infatti una politica NO PLASTIC ed estremamente eco-compatibile, utilizzando prodotti biologici di stagione e possibilmente a km0.
La peculiarità della loro cucina è la totale assenza di glutine, e una produzione fresca e di qualità.
Una cucina adatta a sportivi, persone con intolleranze, ma anche a chi vuole semplicemente provare piatti sani ma senza rinunciare al gusto.Il Ristorante Be Free 100% Gluten Free, è il primo ristorante in città 100% senza glutine. 

Potrai trovare un menù variegato che coniuga i sapori della tradizione a quelli della cucina attuale, per piatti gluten-free da acquolina in bocca. 
L’obiettivo è quello di offrire non solo una cucina senza rischi di contaminazione per gli intolleranti al glutine, ma un menù variegato con piatti ricchi e gustosi per tutti. 
Il ristorante è di fronte alla chiesa di San Simplicio a Olbia. Vieni a trovarci in una location calda e accogliente, per vivere la tua esperienza Gluten Free senza rinunciare ai piaceri della tavola!

BE FREE follows a NO PLASTIC and extremely eco-compatible policy, utilizing biological and seasonal products possibly at zero-mile production.

The peculiarity of their kitchen is the complete absence of gluten, and the exclusive freshness and quality. A kitchen suitable for athletes, people with intolerances, but also for who simply wants to try healthy options without giving up the taste. Be Free is the first restaurant in the city 100% gluten free.

You will be able to find a diverse menu that combines the traditional savours with the modern cuisine, for mouth-watering gluten-free dishes.

The aim is not only to offer a cuisine with no risk of contamination for gluten intolerant people, but also to offer a varied menu with rich and tasty dishes for everyone.

The restaurant is located in front of the San Simplicio Church in Olbia. Come to see us in a warm and cosy environment, to live your Gluten Free experience without giving up the pleasures of taste.

And if you will want to enjoy their dishes from the comfort of your home, you will be able to order them by calling their number, and it will be delivered to you!

You can also become a “Chef” by ordering their Box or freshly made pasta, alternatively also by participating at their courses organised in the restaurant.
