Una passione per la cucina che nasce sin da bambino. Roberto aveva solo 6 anni quando ha capito che avrebbe voluto trascorrere la sua vita all’interno della cucina di un ristorante. Insieme a mamma Elisabetta, era solito cucinare pasta fatta in casa per il pranzo della domenica.
La passione e l’entusiasmo sono cresciuti insieme alla voglia di imparare i segreti di questo incredibile mestiere e di sperimentare nuove tecniche e piatti.
La locanda nasce proprio da questa passione per la cucina e per il vino che ha accompagnato tutta la nostra vita e viene a coronare il sogno a lungo desiderato di poter finalmente condividere con i nostri ospiti le esperienze accumulate dietro ai fornelli non solo della nostra casa, ma anche di tanti amici e di grandi ristoratori. 
La nostra ricetta segreta? Immensa passione per un lavoro tanto faticoso quanto inebriante, ampia cura nella scelta delle materie prime, sempre di altissima qualità, amore per il nostro territorio e per i suoi prodotti.
Il ristorante è composto da due sale: la sala principale, al piano terreno, e una sala rustica al primo piano con camino, con un meraviglioso soffitto con travi a vista, adatta sia per una romantica ed intima cena o riservata interamente per cerimonie o eventi privati.
Disponiamo, inoltre, di un piacevole giardino estivo per pranzare all’aperto durante la stagione estiva e sale climatizzate.

A passion for cooking that started as a child. Roberto was only 6 years old when he realized that he wanted to spend his life in the kitchen of a restaurant. Together with his mother Elisabetta, he used to cook homemade pasta for Sunday lunch.
Passion and enthusiasm have grown together with the desire to learn the secrets of this incredible craft and to experiment with new techniques and dishes.
The restaurant was born out of this passion for cooking and wine that accompanied our whole life and crowned the long-desired dream of finally sharing with our guests the experiences accumulated behind the stove not only of our house, but also of many friends and great restaurateurs.
Our secret recipe? Immense passion for work as hard as it is inebriate, great care in the choice of raw materials, always of the highest quality, love for our territory and its products.
The restaurant consists of two rooms: the main room, on the ground floor, and a rustic room on the first floor with a fireplace, with a wonderful ceiling with exposed beams, suitable for both a romantic and intimate dinner or reserved entirely for ceremonies or events private.
We also have a pleasant summer garden for outdoor dining during the summer season and air-conditioned rooms.
