Raccolte sulle morbide colline della Marmilla, le vigne della Cantina Lilliu si adagiano fra gli antichi altopiani di Sa Giara Manna e Sa Giara Pittica.
Il rispetto per la terra e l'alleanza con la natura sono gli strumenti usati per coltivare la vigna da cui nascono  i vini della Cantina Lilliu.
Prodotti unici, come uniche sono le tecniche di lavorazione scelte per ottenere uve ricche e genuine. Dopo oltre 15 anni di esperienza sul campo Roberta e Pietro Lilliu hanno scelto di smarcarsi dalle facile etichette e tendenze di richiamo per intraprendere un percorso personale, capace di intrecciare innovazione e tradizione.
Roberta e Pietro lavorano solo le proprie uve che maturano lentamente grazie alle tecniche dell'agricoltura sinergica e dell'aridocoltura, senza pesticidi diserbanti o concimi chimici.
Viti curate con pazienza sapienza e passione che si ritrovano nei loro vini dai sapori preziosi e unici, come la terra da cui si sprigionano: la Sardegna.

Our Vineyards are situated between the ancient plateu of Sa Jara Manna and Sa Jara Pittica, in the  sweet hills of Marmilla, absorbing its history and traditions. The land respect and  the alliance with nature are the most important instruments used to cultivate  four hectares of land where our wine is produced. Unique products, unique processing techiques,  choosen to obtain rich and genuine grapes. We work just our bunches that  mature thanks to the synergistic and dry farming techniques .  We do not use any pesticides , herbicides, chemical fertilezers. The grapevines  are fed and protected  from other plants. During the spring time these plants  make a glass carpet that gives  nutritional elements  very precious both for the grape and for the land.  Organic fertilizers are used for nutrition too. Vinegrapes cured with patience , knowledge and passion. We produce wine that are completely  devoid of chemical residue, as certified from quality test and precious tastings. An unique wine such as the country in wich it is produced: Sardinia 
Synergistic  and dry farming techniques 
During  the  growing and the maturation process  all plants give back to the soil precious nutrients  such as organical residue, micro-organisms and bacteria friends . This is a natural process that makes possible to obtain a sustainable farming, without any chemical soil exploitation. Our cellar concentrates all its activity on this natural method and its vineyards , its vinegrapes with its variety of weeds and leguminous plants, sown every second year,  feed and cure the land, giving tastier and richer grapes ,  more resistant  to the pathogenic agents.  Pietro Lilliu applies on the vinegrape leaves  a marine algae solution . A precious present to the sea  that creates a protective film, able to reject  the more aggressive solar radiation that would  burn the plant, making filter only positive energy  that ensure a vinegrape stronger  and healthier. 
 
THE MOST ANCIENT  TRACE OF VINEGRAPE IN THE MEDITERRANEAN  
The Marmilla is a wonderful territory, where tha Cantina Lilliu activity  is immersed , its vineyards grow up in the Agro of Ussaramanna. Here Eleonora d’Arborea erected a castle , still today testimony of the insular  Middle Ages : she illuminated a dark period, throug the Giudicati. Here, we have  little horses that run free in the  Gesturi plateu Sa Jara Manna: living fossils of centuries , a plateu that testify a world of  ten thousand years ago. Here there are the most remote roots of an ancetral Island. It is just in Sardinia tha it is preserved  the first men  dna. It is not a case that right here, in Marmilla they have been discovered one of the oldest traces  of vinegrapes cultivated in the Mediterranean.
