Caratterizzato da una struttura archittettonica che unisce lo stile moderno al gusto rustico della pietra e del legno, il Residence Garden è stato costruito nell’anno 2002 e si compone di 12 appartamenti finemente arredati, 6 dei quali posti al piano terra con giardino privato e 6 al piano superiore con terrazza, e di una piscina privata a completa disposizione dei nostri clienti. Gli appartamenti hanno una vista meravigliosa sul lago, sul vecchio borgo di Malcesine e sull’imponente Monte Baldo.

The Residence Garden sits in a quiet and peaceful land in the middle of a big private property and it offers you a relaxing holiday in the heart of the “Alto Garda Park”, away from the chaos and the noises of the main streets.
This built complex is situated on a panoramic platform 450 meters above the lake in the area of Tignale; in 500 meters you can join the old town of Prabione, where you can find a bar, a restaurant with local dishes, the old church and a children’s playground. Moreover in just 300 meters from your flat you can find the public swimming pool with a snack-bar, the Park Museum with the Nature Observatory and the new Adventure Park "Flying Frogs". In just 2 Km you can join the centre of Tignale, Gardola, where you can find all the services useful for a relaxing stay, as the bank, the post office, the pharmacy, the doctor for tourists, shopping facilities and many good restaurants and pizzerias.
The Residence Garden was built in 2002 with an architectonic structure that marries the modern stile with the rustic taste of the natural stones and the wood and it is composed by 12 apartments (6 apartments on the ground floor with garden and 6 apartments on the first floor with terrace), and a private pool on complete disposition for our guests. They have a beautiful view to the lake, to the old town of Malcesine and to the Monte Baldo Mountain.

Die Residence Garden liegt in einer friedlichen Oase der Stille in Mitten eines großen Privateigentums, im Herzen des Naturparks "Alto Garda".
Die Wohnanlage bietet den Gästen einen Aufenthalt in kompletter Entspannung, weit abseits von Chaos und Lärm. Die Residence Garden liegt in der Gemeinde Tignale, auf einer Panoramahochebene ca. 450 m über dem See; in 500 m Entfernung befindet sich Prabione, ein Ortsteil von Tignale, in dem sich ein Café, eine gute Gaststätte mit typischer Küche, die Kirche und ein Kinderspielplatz befinden.
Außerdem finden unsere Gäste in nur 300 m Entfernung das Besucherzentrum "Parco Alto Garda" und den Klettergarten "Flying Frogs". Von dem Ortsteil Prabione erreicht man in nur 2 Km das Zentrum von Tignale, Gardola, in dem man alles was zu einem sorgenfreien Aufenthalt gehört, finden kann: Bank, Post, Apotheke, eine Arztpraxis, Supermärkte und viele gute Restaurants und Pizzerien.
Die Residence Garden wurde im Jahr 2002 in einem Stil erbaut, der sowohl rustikale Elemente wie Holz und Natursteinmauern als auch moderne Stilrichtungen verbindet. Die Residence verfügt über 12 geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen (6 Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse und Garten und 6 Wohnungen im Obergeschoss mit Balkon) sowie einem eigenen Swimmingpool für die Gäste. Die meisten Appartements haben einen herrlichen Blick auf den See, auf das malerische Städtchen Malcesine und auf das Monte Baldo Massiv.
