Il B&B La Civetta ( nome che deriva dalla presenza di una graziosissima civetta sempre presente su un camino della cascina) è nata dall'idea di Giusi e Igor, che desideravano realizzare un luogo di vacanza e di dimora che fosse il più possibile integrato con la natura, in un ambiente familiare dove i turisti potessero serntirsi come a casa propria. Il B&B si trova all'interno di una cascina che risale al 1700, un ex convento. Dopo una serie di passaggi di proprietà, i genitori di Igor se ne innamorano nel 2000 e decidono di acquistarlo, ristrutturarlo e farlo diventare la casa dei propri sogni. I lavori che verranno effettuati , trasformeranno i vecchi muri in una splendida cascina, con tanti alberi da frutto, alveari , prati, animali.
Nel 2014 Giusi e Igor,  decidono che la vita in campagna è senz'altro  migliore della vita in città e si trasferiscono anche loro nella grande cascina della famiglia. Ristrutturano  la loro porzione e stabiliscono che sarebbe molto bello condividere quei luoghi con le altre persone. Nasce così l'idea di dedicare due stanze molto carine, eleganti, tranquille e riservate ai turisti che vorranno passare delle ore piacevoli circondati dalla natura.
Igor è anche un appassionato di fotografia, ed essendoci numerose specie di uccelli variopinti, decide di approntare un capanno per il birdwatching e la fotografia dell'avifauna ( sono presenti cincie, cinciallegre, picchi rossi, picchi verdi, sparvieri, poiane e tanto altro ancora ). Das B & B befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Kloster aus dem Jahr 1700.
