Il Rappresentante Legale è il Geom. Olivi Luca, Amministratore Unico e Direttore Tecnico, che vanta esperienza ventennale nel settore delle costruzioni residenziali, industriali, stradali e nelle ristrutturazioni anche di casali colonici; a partire dal 2014 lo stesso ha impresso alla Società una forte accelerazione in termini di formazione delle maestranze, selezione dei fornitori, tanto che oggi la Home 4 u Srl si propone sul mercato quale una delle principali e più accreditate realtà nel settore edilizio e delle costruzioni in genere del proprio territorio.

L’Azienda esegue prevalentemente appalti conto terzi, sia pubblici che privati, eseguendo anche ristrutturazioni di pregio su casali, ville e abitazioni in genere.
