Hi, my name is Riccardo Giglioli, I have been a Veterinarian for 25 years now with extensive international experience. Starting in 1995 in the USA working in a mix of zoological institutions, private game ranches and small animal practice. 
I then moved back to europe and developed professionally in the UK as a locum vet in small animal practice. In 1997 i moved to Kenya where i developed a eco friendly project involving tourism and wildlife.
In year 2000 I moved back to the UK where i worked in a very busy small animal practice until 2005, when i moved to Palma de Mallorca and set up my own business that is still currently operational. 
In Spain I acquired great knowledge and experience dealing with Leishmaniasis, a vector borne disease present in the mediterranean, over the years I have developed my own treatment protocol based on experience of other professionals resulting in a good treatment success rate. 
I now offer consultations and services privately in the UK or as a consultant for other practices. 
Treatment success is based on appropriate interpretation of clinical signs and blood tests, subsequent appropriate protocols enforced give the best results.
