The Terms & Conditions of Use of your Love2Shop card are summarised on the reverse
You can only use your Card as a means of payment in Love2shop partner stores, and not at myWorld Loyalty Merchants.
Top-ups can be made with your debit or credit card through your Love2Shop account.
Transactions will appear in your online office in about 3 – 4 weeks later.
Refund policies for returning items purchased with the myWorld Card will vary between merchants. Please therefore always check with the merchant before making your purchase
Your new myWorld Card doubles as a Love2shop payment card, which you can register and then top up to pay for your shopping at www.love2shop.co.uk. Member Benefits are calculated when you top up your card.
Present your topped-up Card at the check-out at any Love2shop partner retailer and pay for your shopping in an effortless way.
You can scan the QR Code on the reverse of the Card to find out the balance you have left, at any time when you top up your card.
When you shop at a myWorld Loyalty Merchant, the card may be presented and the bar code (on the reverse) will be scanned to create the Member Benefits. The card cannot be used as a means of paying for your shopping at our Loyalty Merchants.

What are the benefits of using my LOVE2SHOP card?
Your Love2Shop card can be used to register your shopping at local myWorld partners in every myWorld country. It can be also loaded with funds and used as payment card in over 90 high-street stores in the UK. Every time you place funds on your card, the transaction will be registered on the Purchase Overview on your myWorld account, and you will receive 3% Cashback and 2 Shopping Points..
Where can I order my LOVE2SHOP card?
Simply log into your myWorld account, type ‘Love2Shop’ into the search bar and press Enter. Click the ‘Order Card’ and complete the online form. Your details will be forwarded to us and we will begin to prepare your card for dispatch straight away.
How long will it take for me to receive my card?
Your Love2shop card should arrive within 3 - 5 working days from the date of your request.
What do I do once I have received my LOVE2SHOP card? To start using your card, you must first activate it by following the below steps: 1. Go to https://www.love2shop.co.uk/ or the Love2shop App
2. Click Activate or Register on the homepage and then again on the next page
3. Enter your personal details as prompted in the next two following stages & click Submit
4. Enter all digits from the long number on your card (no spaces) & click Submit
How do I top up my LOVE2SHOP card? Once logged into your Love2Shop account, follow the below steps:
Click Top Up2.
Enter the Top Up amount & click Confirm Top-Up Amount
Enter your Debit or Credit Card details
Review the Order Summary & click Pay Now

What if I have less funds on my card than needed for the purchase?
If you do not have enough funds to cover the total purchase, you must pay the balance first by other means, e.g. cash or debit card and then use your Love2shop card to pay the remainder. Alternatively you can top up your card using the Love2Shop app before you go to the checkout.
You can check your card balance via the Love2Shop website or App.
Where will I see the LOVE2SHOP transactions on my myWorld account?
3 -4 weeks after the top up date, you will find the transactions under “My Purchases” on the myWorld App and website.
Why there is a delay for the LOVE2SHOP transactions appearing in my account?
Whilst the delay is not ideal, this is due to having to wait for external reports which can take a few weeks to come through.
Please be reassured that all top ups and subsequent benefits will be applied to your account in due course.
Where can I check if there is a card already assigned to my account?
In order to check if you already have a card assigned to your account, log into your myWorld account by going to www.myworld.com . Click on your profile picture and then “My Cards” in the drop down menu. Select “Go to my Top Up Cards” and in this section you will be able to see all the cards assigned to your account and their respective card numbers.
What should I do if I lose my LOVE2SHOP card?
How your card is replaced will depend on whether the card had already been activated or not.
If it had not been activated, simply contact email@example.com and request a new card. Please mention your name, member ID and your current postal address so that we can send out another.
If your card had been activated, you will need to contact LOVE2SHOP by calling 0344 375 0739 or by sending them an email. When requesting the new card, please ensure you specify that you need a green Love2Shop card so that you receive the correct one. Once you have received the new card, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your name, member ID and the card number on the front of the card so that we can link it to your Cashback World account.
