Modern designed restaurant – you are welcome in our modern steak house where you’ll find American kitchen, cocktail bar, chill out lounge and wine bar offering wines from around the globe. Our kitchen is centrally located in the restaurant area where you can see our chefs hard at work preparing your dishes.

Our expert barmen mix a large range of cocktails, using over 100 spirits and liqueurs. They can advise you on the perfect drink for your meal. Being in the Czech Republic, our mother of drinks of course is Pilsner Urquell kept in special tanks to store in the extra freshness.

Our head chef always prepares dishes from fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Our gastronomy consists of delicacies of dry-aged beef from Czech farms which specialise in producing black Aberdeen Angus. Our steaks are prepared from the best farmed Czech beef and from Argentine La Montura. The brand name “La Montura” comes from the rearing of the cattle in herds on the untouched green pastures of the Argentine Pampas by the famous gauchos of Argentina. The cattle thereby mature in its natural habitat and feeds exclusively off the green pastures and clear waters of this environmentally untouched region. The result is cattle rearing that is natural, stress-free and animal-friendly, with freedom and movement, and one of the healthiest beef products in the world. Our unique lava Grill with a charcoal vaporizer gives the meat an unmistakable aroma and flavour. The three types of grilling plates spread fibres in the meat according to your wishes. This American product is currently one of the best grills in the world. Our twelve-burner grill can sear the meat to your taste. The grill plates are divided according to the type of meat and we also have a special fish plate.



Our pasta dishes are always prepared fresh and completely home made. They are not dried and precooked and therefore always freshly served. You can finish your evening with something sweet from our delicious dessert kitchen.
