Tai Chi is effective in improving balance, coordination, muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness, slowing the progression of osteoporosis and improving general strength. Our classes are also fun which is another great way to reduce stress.

We offer classical forms of Tai Chi such as the 73 form or 24 form.  We also offer short introductory forms such as Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Osteoporosis, Tai Chi for Diabetes,  and Tai Chi for Energy,  One of our instructors, Janice Webber, teaches a Tai Chi for Stress Reduction class/workshop that she developed.   Janice is the only Senior Trainer in Canada for Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programs.

We offer teacher training programs for Tai Chi and memberships to our Tai Chi School.  We have special Tai Chi t-shirts for sale. 

We also sell health related products to assist in improving your health.
