A personal trainer does more than just help you exercise. They provide guidance to eliminate “trial and error” in your routines, keep you accountable and committed to your goals, and help to break though plateaus when you’re stuck in the “same old, same old”.
My goal is to make people feel comfortable with working out and help them to be comfortable in their own skin. I’ve battled injuries myself and know what it takes to rehab, I’ve been overweight and have had to lose weight to be healthy, and I’ve used weight training to make myself stronger and healthier.
What makes OTL different is a true understanding of what a person will go through in a day, a week, a year. Some people will struggle and some will thrive. What works for someone else, may not work for you. Maybe it happens quickly or maybe it happens slowly but all will succeed if you have the right mind set.
