Daniel has been part of the food industry from a very young age, he takes pride in delivering his exquisite personal creations to your plate. As a regular guest chef with P&O Daniel has toured the globe learning about and then refining many local dishes and local cooking techniques from a variety of countries and cuisines. It is because of this international experience that Fork’n’Knife is able to offer world class cuisines tailored to suit your local palate.
