This is a great programme based around low carb eating. I have been a trainer for over 5 years and I have never found something that I could endorse wholeheartedly, until I found the New Image Program. My clients that follow this program for weightless are losing on average 1-2kg a week for Males. 0.5-1kg a week for Females. I specialise in high intensity resistance training. This type of training increases muscle tone while shredding fat stores – so it really is like killing two birds with one stone! No matter what level you are starting at, I will be able to design a program specific to your needs with guaranteed results. I will listen to your needs and together we can make a difference. Training with me is not merely about fitness sessions as my ideology has always been to educate, with the goal that the healthy habits and hard earned results are maintained throughout the lives of my clients.
