HaddenFarren was established in 2008.
Paul Hadden and Peter Farren have a total of 30 years experience in the construction
development Industry working both in the public and private sector.
We realize how important time and quality is in our industry so we will strive to

LAND SURVEYING
SUBDIVISION from (2 LOTS TO 200 LOTS)
Searching of survey information at the land titles office and central plan office.
Re-establishment and marking of title corners
Correspondence to all relevant authorities
Preparation of Plan of Subdivision to the local City Council for subdivision permit
and certification
Locate units if necessary to enable Form 19 to be submitted to council
Obtain subdivision permit, certified Plan of Subdivision and statement of
compliance from council.
Preparation of surveyor’s abstract of field records and surveyors report.
Provide all relevant survey documents be lodge at the Titles Office

Levels to Australian Height Datum (A.H.D) show spot levels or contours.
Locate buildings and windows within 9 metres of title boundaries on adjoining
allotments.
Levels of eaves, ridge lines, window ceils and floor levels of adjoining buildings.
Locate buildings, front setbacks and crossovers on allotments on the opposite
side of the street. Usually three- five homes
Location of trees more than 2 metres in height on the land under survey and on
adjoining lots within 3 metres of the boundary.
Locate 3-5 homes either side of the subject site
Digital photos of the site and adjoining properties
Locate street furniture, back and invert of kerbs, service pits, trees, electricity
posts, inverts of drainage pits, footpaths, etc
Outline of existing buildings, concrete paths, driveways, services and levels to the
invert and top of kerb.
Locate position of the sun.
Show the direction and the distance to public amenities.
Show the setback distances of existing houses from the boundary.
FEATURE & LEVEL SURVEY for DESIGN PURPOSES
Preparation of Plan of Features &Levels.
Provide both a soft and hard copy of the plan.
For design purposes (contour plan)

Mark hurdles and prepare a set out plan.
Prescribed Fee (varies according to the size of the house) For strip footings
