My main focus has always been Foot Reflexology, I really enjoy seeing the positive changes in clients after a Reflexology session;

Over the years I have added additional therapies to my tool belt, including my favourite Japanese Cosmolifting (A natural facelift) I love the simplicity of this therapy, just Rosehip Oil, my hands, your face, but the benefits are huge, it is so much more than 'just another facial' using acupressure points and lymphatic drainage techniques, it is actually working on your whole body through your face, it is extraordinarily relaxing, with a series of these you will see a difference in your face, not only for women, men really benefit from this therapy too.

Reconnective Healing(r) Recognised and supported by science, it is a return to an optimal state of balance. It's first basic element is energy,  as energy is everything we are made up of organically, our very essence and our actual physical body. It is neither a therapy nor a treatment, as it does not focus on symptoms. It is something much more. In Reconnective Healing we do not diagnose or treat. We simply interact with the RH frequencies, bringing about healings that ae often instantaneous and tend to be life long.

Ear Candling 
A very gentle therapy, Clients experience deep relaxation and a feeling of well being, it may also be beneficial for sinuses and wax blockages.

Auriculartherapy is needle-less stimulation of the auricle, or external ear, using a probe or electrical probe for alleviating pain & dysfunction in other parts of the body. It can also involve placing of magnets on acupressure points to continue stimulation of specific areas.

.Psych-k is a unique and direct way to change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that you would like to change. It is a simple process that helps you communicate with your subconscious mind so yu can change limiting beliefs that limit your self esteem, relationships, job performance, physical health and much more. Psych(e) in our case means mind soul or spirit
