Vinh Duong is the principal solicitor of the firm and is an accredited specialist in immigration law by the Law Society of New South Wales in 2010 and also an accredited specialist in immigration law by the Law Society of South Australia in 2011.

The Law Society of NSW sets strict conditions for solicitors who wish to become an accredited specialist in an area of law that they practice. As of 1/1/2011 there are 31 solicitors who are accredited immigration law specialists in New South Wales since the establishment of the accredited specialist scheme in 1992.
