The company installed holding aquarium with the capacity of 1000 kilograms of live products, and the target was to be the premier supplier of Live, Fresh, and Frozen products to 5 star hotels and restaurants in the region.
By 1998, the company had expanded the range of products on offer to include both fresh and frozen Shrimp, Tuna loins and Tuna Saku.
European Seafood gained the HACCP recognition and has holding aquariums with a total capacity of over 10,000 kilograms of various live products that ranges from different types of Lobsters to Crabs and Live Groupers.
