Lemongrass restaurant and sake bar was founded in April 2006 to offer healthy, light and vibrant cooking using natural ingredients. Uraiwan Srisuksai (Ooh) and her husband, Vorthep Danaisawasi (Lucky) prepare an Asian fusion cuisine making Lemongrass Restaurant unique by serving American recipes with an Asian twist.
Lemongrass is commited to using meat and poultry that are farm raised without hormones or antibiotics, the freshest fish, often wild caught and using organic produce from local farms as often as possible. Lemongrass is known for offering gluten-free options. Meals are prepared to order to enhance the flavor and freshness of the food.
